Congestion Charging Zone Expands
As the London's Congestion Charging zone expands traffic in the zone has decreased by 15% in a single day. Sadly, this means that 15% of people who could be stuck on the roads are now stuck on increasingly overcrowded London public transport.
Thankfully those clever peo-ple in Japan have invented a way to magically increase the capacity of public transport - pay beefy guys to shove more commuters into the carriages.
Genius!
P.S - Any thoughts on the congestion charging zone expanding? Leave us a comment.
